Before Purchase Guarantee:

If you find a cheaper price on a stocked item before/during your purchase we will beat it by 10%.

14 Day After Purchase Guarantee:

If you find a cheaper price on your purchased item within 14 days of your purchase we will refund you the difference between our price and the price that you found.


 

If I have found a cheaper price, how do i claim?

To claim the guarantee, you must send an email to service@myhomeshopping.com.au and include the following details.

  • If you have already purchased the item, then please include your order number.
  • Exact and full details of the website or retail store at which you found the cheaper price. 
  • The price provided by the website or retail store.

When do I have to lodge my claim by?

If you are lodging for our before purchase guarantee, you must submit the above to service@myhomeshopping.com.au before your purchase. If you are lodging for our after purchase guarantee, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to submit your claim.

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. Myhomeshopping.com.au reserves the right to check every price submittted.
  2. Myhomeshopping.com.au reserves the right to refuse any claims that can't be verified.
  3. If the comparison price is from an online store, the stores freight charges willl also be taken into account.
  4. The guarantee does not apply to prices available through group buying sites.
