At My Home Shopping, shopping can be done with complete peace of mind.

Any item that is purchased on our website can be sent back to us for your money back even if you change your mind.

To return an item to us for your money back:

  • Send an email to sales@myhomeshopping.com.austating your full name, invoice number, items you wish to return and your contact details
  • Our customer service department will then get in contact with yourself to inform of what to do next and provide you with relevant information
  • You must notify us your intention of returning the item/s within 7 days of the product arrival.
  • The returned item/s must be returned to us within 14 days from the date once a customer service personnel gets in touch with yourself
  • The item/s have to be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition with all packaging intact
  • The item/s must not have been worn, used and/or damaged in any form, and must be 100% re-saleable condition when the item/s arrive back to us
  • The item/s for the return postage must be securely packaged and is received back to us in its original and re-saleable condition.
  • If the customer is returning the item/s on the basis of a change in mind the customer pays for the freight charges back to us and is not refunded, if charged, the cost of freight to ship goods to the customer.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives “Dead on Arrival” or DOA, which is where the product upon delivery is found to be damaged, we will either replace the product or give you a credit. The DOA period is within 7 days of the product arrival. To facilitate this firstly email us at sales@myhomeshopping.com.au with your full name, invoice number and the item/s which were damaged. In the scenario that you are required to post the item/s back to us, the cost of freight to ship the goods back to us will be paid for by My Home Shopping. The customer must provide a receipt of the freight by either scanning or taking a picture of it to show evidence of the incurred amount. The item/s for the return postage must be securely packaged and is received back to us in its original packaging.

 

Incorrect Item/s Supplied

If My Home Shopping delivers an incorrect item/s, we will either exchange them for the correct item, or provide a refund at the customer’s request. The item/s must be returned to My Home Shopping unused and in its original packaging intact. The item/s for the return postage must be securely packaged and is received back to us in its original and re-saleable condition. In the scenario that you are required to post the item/s back to us, the cost of freight to ship the goods back to us will be paid for by My Home Shopping. The customer must provide a receipt of the freight by either scanning or taking a picture of it to show evidence of the incurred amount.

 

Returns Process 

If you need to return an item, simply use our 'Contact Us' email form, list your invoice number, and outline your concern. Please mention the exact issue, such as 'incorrect product received' or 'product received in a faulty condition' or ‘not satisfied with the product’ that will help us to efficiently outline the next steps involved. When a refund is to be provided, this will occur once we've received and processed the returned item and once we have received the proof of freight (if the product was damaged and/or incorrect item/s supplied). Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days, and we'll inform you if there are any unexpected delays.
