We use Australia Post E-Parcel to send all of our parcels. Australia Post E Parcel is a registered delivery service. Australia Post delivers to every mail box (including P.O Boxes) Australia Wide. With Australia Post delivery, if no one is present at home when the delivery is made, they will leave a card in the mailbox which will state that it is ready for pickup at your local post office.

95% of all orders are dispatched the next business day. In the event that your parcel can't be dispatched by the next business day, you will be notified immediately as to when your order will be dispatched with full explanation of why the delayed occured.

We have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 per order. Therefore if you order a single item or multiple items will only charge you $9.95. The brilliant part of this, is that if you order two items the delivery cost per item is hallved to $4.95. Say your order four products, the delivery cost per item is now only $2.50. The more you buy, the less freight you pay.
